Based on reports from customers, employees and witnessed events in my personal  line of work, we are currently facing ongoing issues in the healthcare sector. It  has been brought to my attention that  we are facing issues with supplying healthcare professionals to customers and service users.
Due to the study done by National population projections 2014 based statistical Bulletin Coverage of the UK 2015 Geographical. Which states that by mid-2039 more than 1 in 12 of the population is projected to be aged 80 or over. This statistic has raised concerns for the healthcare sector as Health Care professional providers like ourselves are already seeing a strain on the supply and demand for healthcare professionals to meet the needs of service users. There is never any competition  within the healthcare sector as we all aim for the same goal which is to provide assistance and care and protection for all service users.

With the information of the projection of the excessively increasing  population, customer feedback and general knowledge gathered by our team Victoria Care Services have Started a new weekly Health Care Awareness walk and chat  event where we go into the local community and speak to the public and discuss the best ways we can work together to improve the health care sector, we take feedback and come up with sustaining solutions. We invite the public to answer questionnaires to help give us an idea of what generally the public's views are on issues in the Healthcare sector so we can make improvements where is needed.
Weekly Stop and Chat Aims to:
  • Raise awareness of health sector.
  • Share information, about the health care sector.
  • Keep the public  updated with current  legislation
  • Protect vulnerable people general wellbeing
  • Generate interest in Health Care professionals
  • To fill the gap in health care employment
  • To Generate jobs within health care
  • Encourage people to share the kindness & compassion to others
  • To generation security employment and help grow the economy.
  • Working in partnership with customs and other care provided.
  • To minimize risks for everyone relying on healthcare professionals as the population extensively increases.

I do believe over the next few weeks  all theses aims will be met and weekly Walk and Chat will positively contribute to the well-being and sustenance of the healthcare sector in
our local community. I kindly ask that you keep up with my reports, feel free to leave comments with ideas, any questions and constructive criticism.
