The recruitment process of hiring staff can be a long, bureaucratic and expensive process (DBS fees, training, uniforms etc). We at Victoria Care Services want to help you avoid this process in times of shortness or sickness of your staff and when you need qualified professionals urgently. We want to be there for you when you most need support. Does this sound like something that may interest you?

If so, let us briefly introduce ourselves. Victoria Care Services Ltd was established in 2011 and has been operating as a Social Care Agency since this time. We recruit, train and supply social care workers and registered nurses to work assignments on a temporary or longer term basis in organisational settings such as:
  • Nursing & residential care homes
  • Independent hospitals
  • Residential schools
  • Rehabilitation centres

We predominantly supply agency staff to organisations which may be either independent or non profit making.

Recently we have started to provide an Indoor & Outdoor Activity programme for individuals, couples or groups living in the community with the aim of promoting independent living whilst enabling them to enjoy everyday life.

Victoria Care Services in addition to supplying social care workers and registered nurses to work assignments in various organisational settings also support those people who wish to remain at home and help them to be independent for as long as it is possible to do so.

We select and provide social care workers and registered nurses that have appropriate skills, experience and personal qualities to provide the kind of service that our service users and customers have come to expect.
